Job Description
As a Data Center Technician for Amazon Web Services (AWS), you will be part of the team that maintains the physical infrastructure of the cloud. You'll be responsible for installing and servicing servers, running network cables, and troubleshooting hardware issues in our data centers. This is a hands-on technical role in a critical environment where uptime is everything.
Responsibilities:
- Install, rack, and cable servers and network equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair server hardware.
- Perform data center maintenance and operations tasks.
- Manage inventory of data center assets.
- Adhere to strict security and safety protocols.
