Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging training sessions to new hires and current employees.
- Facilitate on-the-job training and provide coaching and feedback.
- Track training completion and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Update and maintain training materials.
- Collaborate with operations leadership to identify training needs.
